Terasa U Prince is open to the public and not just reserved for hotel guests. The rooftop café is open year-round, with heaters set up and blankets distributed in the winter.
Glass bar on top of the Dancing House I enjoy going to. Be warned you have to buy a drink before you even go near the terrace, and the staff is not shy about telling you. Still so-so service, but not as crazy rude as the U Prince. Nice view of the Prague Castle over the river and a different vibe. Drink prices are not expensive.
