because it says so when you use it. It says it unlocks lvl 80 waypoints. CzarTyr • 6 yr. ago. The boost says in it's description it unlocks all level 80 wps. lnxam • 6 yr. ago. No, it says "Explore max-level Tyria with starting waypoints unlocked in Dry Top, Frostgorge Sound, and Straits of Devastation."
The Level-80 Boost is an item available to all players who purchase Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns, and will allow you to boost one character on your account to max level. In this
Well it seems you did what most people do. Create character, be totally lost on what to do, ask reddit, then I'm Not sure if you are to this step yet but be angry when everyone says start a lvl 1 and lvl it to 80 the real way to learn mechanics of both the game and class. Then after you have lvled the new mesmer to lvl 80 you should have Nope, can't pick the gear. You'll have to either craft the items with the stats you want or buy them off the trading post. Cheers for the reply mate, will do ! There are other ways to get gear, besides drops, the TP and crafting. Several of the new zones have ways to farm certain gear.
I decided to make a new character to just level up the normal way. While leveling, I was clicking on some items in my inventory bags and I accidentally double clicked on the level 80 boost that was sitting in my "Shared Inventory" slot. What happened next is confusing - I received a bunch of level 60 & 80 account bound items in my bags ( enough
From this cannot remember myself what got as pre-order benefits (besides wizards hat etc) and what will it include now after launch. I'd assume (without checking store page) that it has that 1 level 80 boost at least still. #1. Rose Souls Sep 20, 2023 @ 7:57am.
1) Lvl 80 is max lvl (If you are max lvl and have all available masteries in the current region finished, your exp go to spirit-shard acquisition)2) Exp now goes into Masteries.3) Masteries are different per Region. Tyria mastery (Pact-Mastery, e.g. auto-loot, ): core maps of the base game + LS2. They reworked a bunch of traits a few years ago, that's all. Whatever it gives you is what Anet intends for it to be now. Are you trying to replicate the build exactly or just get a Celestial core-Rev build that works? Depends how much you're enjoying the leveling experience. I'd go for the boost if you think you'd enjoy being confused in level 80 content more than being bored in levelling content. You probably will be confused if you boost, but you'll probably be confused regardlesss.

Bear in mind you can get equally good gear from lots of other places. Equipment in GW2 is pretty straight forward - all items with the same level requirement and rarity are equally good. So any level 80 exotics you get will be as good as the boost equipment, and if you get it from somewhere else you can choose the stats and save your boost.

Or a option to delete this boost.. You can already use it on a lvl 80 character. It'll simply give you the same goodies a boostet character would get (equipment, bags, consumables). 2. 1.
The boost is always there, and lets me try how an 80 version feels, but its going to be overwhelming. But it gives you a great taste of what's to come. Playing a fresh character teachers you the synergy of your skills and abilities, and how they actually play off each other and together in the grand scheme of combat.
